Return Policy/Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of purchase with original receipt for exchange or store credit only. Item must be in original packaging in perfect unused condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Store credit expires in 12 months.
To start a return, you can contact us at ssi@gogojewelry.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
