 Made to Order Items

For "Made to Order" items, please allow 6-8 weeks to complete order. As well as an additional 3-7 business days for standard shipping. Express shipping not available on these items.

Where else do we ship?

APO/FPO – We proudly offer Standard shipping to Military addresses! Please note that due to carrier size restrictions not all items are available for shipment. If an item you have selected is not eligible a message will be displayed during checkout.

US Territories – We currently offer shipping to Puerto Rico. For information on shipping to other US Territories, please call 912.634.8875 or email us at ssi@gogojewelry.com

How do we ship?

Parcel – Your shipment will arrive via UPS or USPS. All of our orders are insured, but unless requested, we do not require a signature for delivery. Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving for exchange or store credit ONLY. Item must be returned in original packaging, with receipt and in perfect, unused condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
 
Store credit expires within 12 months.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are rare and reviewed on a case by case basis.
